Complaints Procedure

1. Introductory provisions

This Complaints Procedure regulates the procedure for claims for goods purchased through the wcc2025.cz e-shop.
The Complaints Procedure is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Rights and obligations of the buyer

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately notify the Seller of any defects.
The Buyer has the right to claim for defects that occur during the warranty period.

3. Exercise of the claim

Complaints can be made in writing to Křeč 118, Křeč or by e-mail to shop@wcc2025.cz.
The complaint must include: the name and surname of the buyer, contact details, description of the defect and proof of purchase.
4. Complaint procedure

The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and provide information on the further procedure.
The complaint will be settled within 30 days of its submission, unless the seller and the buyer agree otherwise.

5. Possibilities of resolving the complaint

If the complaint is accepted, the Buyer has the right to repair, exchange, discount or refund.
The Seller decides on the method of resolving the complaint based on an agreement with the Buyer.

6. Costs of the complaint

The costs associated with the shipment of the goods complained of shall be borne by the buyer. In the event of a justified claim, these costs will be reimbursed to the buyer.

7. Protection of personal data

When dealing with a complaint, the Buyer's personal data will be protected in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

8. Final provisions

This Complaints Procedure shall come into force on 1 February 2025.
The Seller reserves the right to amend this Complaints Procedure.
